Not only will the Greenland Coffee Beanery serve a wide array of delicious coffee, tea, and espresso drinks, you will also be able to savor the new café menu with a selection of custom wraps, soups and sandwiches, fresh salads, and decadent desserts all in a relaxed café environment.
The Greenland Coffee Beanery Café will be a Grace family affair. Bill and Ginny are getting a lot of support from their children. Their son Ryan, a sophomore at Duke University, was recently home during spring break to help Dad with last minute construction details. Their daughter Allison, who will be starting high school next year, is also excited about working at the café. She is an accomplished musician, and will eventually be working with Dad to help organize live entertainment and Open Mic nights for young local musicians. As an athlete, Allison is also hoping to get the Coffee Beanery to sponsor a local sports team or two.
